Format:

The training will be divided into 3 parts. The first part will focus on learning new skills, the second will be on practicing those skills, the third part will be on deepening and demonstrating your skills.

Part 1: In-person Intensive April 17-20 / Whistlepig Farm, Candler NC

Part 1 will be a four-day in-person intensive focused on developing new skills including:

• Review and deepening of the basics: Shifting, Offering, Amplifying, and Localizing


• Time-bending (localizing awareness in the past in order to redirect the course of the present and future)

• Space-bending (isolating and amplifying elements of energy and then entering them in order to illuminate and ultimately restore them to their natural state)

• Clearing the body field in order to reveal hidden/unconscious patterns of disconnection

• Generating a potent medicine field that reorganizes karmic energy around itself

• Working with multiple people simultaneously to heal relational fields

Each day will follow the same general format:

• Paige and Rachel will demonstrate a healing and then debrief it by breaking down the specific skills utilized in the healing 

• They will pick one or two skills from the healing and teach them to the cohort

• The cohort will practice those skills with guided support from Paige and Rachel

• Each session will conclude with one or two members of the cohort demonstrating the skill/s

• Paige and Rachel will provide direct instruction and feedback 

• The entire cohort will debrief the demos and then be assigned a practice partner to continue honing their skills over the following month
  

Part 2: Practicum + Case Consultation - April, May, June, July 

During the next 3 months of the training, you'll receive individual guidance from Paige and Rachel, as well as support from your peers, as you begin to incorporate your new capacities as a healer into either your existing clientele, or into your practice with Relational Awakening community members who opt to work with you.

Here's how the case consultation will work:

• We'll meet online 6 times for a 90-minute case consultation

• During each call, 2 people will present a case study of a session

• Paige, Rachel, and the cohort will provide feedback and reflection

• Together we will deepen our skills and develop new ones based on our collective learning experience

In addition to skill development, the focus of the group is on creating a cohesive community of practitioners who are working both in and as the Field. These meetings provide a radical perspective on how the Field is forming and organizing in and through the group. This perspective provides energy and inspiration to both our collective and individual practice!

Part 3: In-person Workshop August 8-9, Whistlepig Farm, Candler NC

The training will culminate in a two-day workshop focused on integrating and applying the skills you've learned. Each student will demonstrate a complete healing and receive feedback and encouragement from Paige and Rachel. Time will also be set aside to discuss innovative ways to bring Relational Awakening into your work life as a healer.
